Prompt --30 minutes early. Courteous. Professional. He got the job done on time and on budget. The only frustration was that it took 2 weeks to schedule a visit.
80 panel ground mount system designed and installed 7 years ago has performed flawlessly with only 2 days without power! Have not seen any degradation of yearly production of 44 thousand kWh. Most companies wouldn’t even quote a ground installation. Our system constantly overproduces more power than we use so we added a casita and a pool heat pump and still sold surplus power to the grid. Glad we used Sun Valley as the other companies that quoted our system are out of business.
Here’s the problem. We bought and paid for a full solar system. Twice now we’ve had inverter problems, under WARRANTY. They first time to check it they charged over $200 for warranty to come check it. For months before this I kept calling and the person on the phone said it was “normal to have a blank screen “ it wasn’t until I insisted that they come out and found out that it was indeed broken. Just completed the next stage of our Tesla Power Wall project. The installation crew of Sun Valley Solar completed the installation in just a few hours and did a terrific job. Can’t wait for city inspection to be competitive and get this working for us.
