Mixed experience. The on-site crew was great, courteous, professional, and did high-quality work with solid craftsmanship. However, the overall cost structure felt disappointing, especially with the 10-year warranty. I was charged a substantial mandatory diagnostic fee even though I already knew exactly what the issue was. Then, there was an additional fee for the second visit to install the replacement part (which was covered under the manufacturer's warranty). URGENT WARNING: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I would rate them 0 stars! The salesman, who claimed to be the owner, was nothing but a BIG LIAR. I told him I met with numerous companies, and needed to get it right to avoid complications with my SKEPTICAL husband. He promised he was different from other salespeople and said all the right things to gain my trust.
