Mixed experience. The on-site crew was great, courteous, professional, and did high-quality work with solid craftsmanship. However, the overall cost structure felt disappointing, especially with the 10-year warranty. I was charged a substantial mandatory diagnostic fee even though I already knew exactly what the issue was. URGENT WARNING: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I would rate them 0 stars! The salesman, who claimed to be the owner, was nothing but a BIG LIAR. I told him I met with numerous companies, and needed to get it right to avoid complications with my SKEPTICAL husband. He promised he was different from other salespeople and said all the right things to gain my trust. Happy with their work. 3+ years later and working great. Inverter died after about a year but they replaced in about a month for free. Timeline of project went as expected. Seemed like a quality install. Would recommend and use them again! We paid cash so unsure about their financing/lease options.
Sun Valley Solar recently completed a battery installation project at our house in Fountain Hills. Their team was professional, completed the installation timely and were responsive to questions throughout the process. They interacted with the utility provider as needed to get the system up and running. We had some curve balls to deal with through the process, bad battery, confusion internally at the utility provider, inspection needs, and Sun Valley Solar dealt with all of this constructively.
