First rate crews and customer service. Installed Solar panels 2019 and added Tesla battery wall in June 2025.
Sun Valley Solar is amazing! Huge shout out to Nimsi. My old solar company went out of business, and when my system stopped working I had no idea where to turn. She walked me through what they could do for me and even walked me through restarting my system. Turns out it just needed a power cycle, and now it’s working perfectly. Genuine customer service like this is rare. 100% calling them for anything I need in the future! Thank you for making a frustrating situation feel manageable.
Had to update my communications system for our Solar. Our original company went out of business. Found Sun Valley Soar online. The reviews were good and glad I went with them. Initial contact was pleasant and the technician was efficient and very knowledgeable answered all my questions. I recommend them and will use them if needed in the future.
Sun valley installed my solar system and have no complaints. I am having technical issues with my system not because of them. 5 weeks ago I have called to schedule a technician to come out and replace a breaker and it took 3 phone calls over 3 weeks just to get someone to call me back. They called once and I missed their call and returned the call hours after and left a message and I have heard nothing back. From our first phone call through their in-depth visit to my burnt-out house where they evaluated every aspect to figure out how to get my solar panels off a charred and crumbling rooftop, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and empathetic.
