Our first experience in the store with my husband and our small baby. They two females in the store were so sweet and kind. Even gifting my son a small rubber duck. We then bought the supplies to close our pool, being first time pool owners we inquired about how much it would cost us to have some come from their store to help us close the pool. I am so pleased with Sun Valley pools and spa as they were, very efficiently, able to install a new tub within just over a week. I’ve been so impressed with this family run business. The installers were terrific and, Randy, in particular, revealed great organization and helped us with the maintenance of our new spa! We are thrilled!

Great service to help me pay over the phone and have my friend pick it up for me. The part was an exact fit so I appreciate their knowledge and quick turnaround. My tub is as good as new.
