After waiting for over an hour, we finally just had to walk out without ever being seen despite arriving to our appointment on time. For a pediatric office, those kinds of wait times are absolutely unacceptable! Front office staff was very apathetic. Edit: We definitely were not informed of any wait times.
Came in for a second opinion since I was unhappy with our previous dental office and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Carmichael and staff are phenomenal! Extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Completely put my nerves at ease with my son’s treatment plan. I definitely recommend bringing your children to Sun Valley Pediatric Dentistry in Verrado!
