Everyone that work's here is awesome to deal with. Every time I go in there I always feel welcome. The service department is very knowledgeable, willing to help & I always get my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off. 5 Stars every time !!!!!
Don’t trust a word these people say, out for a dollar that’s it. They tried to tell us we would need an out of province inspection for our one year old pathfinder to switch our plates from AB to BC, ICBC didn’t have the same information. He was trying to pressure us into having the inspection done right then and there. They also would not honour our warranty for oil changes. Will never be back to this dealership.
The service level was way way above and beyond expectation after a real unfortunate breakdown outside of town. I was able to call get advice, get the vehicle to Cranbrook, and in first thing in am at open, with Josh and his lead tech waiting!! Unbelievably, they were able to rearrange their schedule to help us and had the rare part even! Get all the work completed even way before expected, so we salvaged some of our family getaway! This is top notch professionalsm and courtesy thank you!
