Good and bad like every community or neighborhood that I have ever lived in. Some people care, some don't. We have a home owners group (no, not an HOA) that tries to be a positive influence and a protective buffer for home owners, problem is so much apathy and a certain percentage that will never be neighborhood minded. We meet on the first Monday of every month and have made some positive changes in our living situation but there is always more to do.
