Tried to contact the office, was told there were 3 people ahead of me. Changed to 1 person ahead of me after 10 minutes and waited on hold over an hour just to find out the office closed during my wait time and they went home without taking me call. The automated system didn't notify me the office closed it just kept telling me I was next in line for almost an hour. I'm beyond frustrated this is the most absolute ridiculous phone system and for them to not disconnect the line and leave a call in the queue is unprofessional.

It's September 2022. I received a bill last week for services in Jan of 2020. More than 2.5 years later. For $7.31. There is no option on the bill to pay online. Great. So I make the dreaded call to pay over the phone. I listen to your options and select the Billing department, where I listen to lengthy message and I'm instructed to leave a message.
