I disagree with the post below! I been living at Sun Valley for 10yrs and this is by far a great park! The WORST place to live. (One) Unprofessional Managers, they never take care of residents complains, all they do its post a note on your door but never discuss the complaint and set a solution. (Two) the guy who like to call himself SECURITY enjoys to get in fights with park residents, check out YouTube videos of security fights home owner sun valley estate hemet, two fights in a year.
