Extremely pushy and not transparent. I repeatedly asked if they took my insurance and what things would cost, but they dodged the questions. It turns out they are not in my network. They did a 3d x-ray they claimed would be covered (they didn't even use it for the cleaning or checkup) but I still got a bill for $300. When I asked about it the billing person did take it off, but it felt very shady. Amazing Dental practice. Kind front desk staff who got me in on a busy day for an emergency filling while away on a business trip! Dr Sloan and dental assistant Taylor made me feel utterly comfortable the entire time. Wish I lived in Sun Valley so I could come here as my regular Dentist. Highly recommend.
I always get the BEST cleanings here. They have all the best everything and I’m so impressed with their new dentists and staff. They are continually growing in what they offer which is so great. I will definitely keep coming back and choose this office for my family.
On vacation when my daughter experienced a dental emergency. Sun Valley Dental was able to see us within an hour, the day before a holiday. They were kind, compassionate, and capable while they fixed my daughter’s issue. We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thank you so much Sun Valley Dental!
The knowledge of the staff along with top notch state of the art equipment such as a 3D imager, was able to detect with good clarity the issue along with advice on possible solutions.
