Was at your model home on Vista santa prew yesterday yesterday? When it was raining and the porch was full of water the windows didn't seem high quality. I think it was just the way it was raining and how it seemed like water was just everywhere where there were no gutters of any kind There Was yellow the stucco? Was really. Wet?That was yellow. It kind of turned me off about You guys aren't builders. The view was fantastic.
Owned a Sun Valley Home for 2 years. The house was new when I bought it. Awful craftsmanship. The home had drafts throughout, everything was floppy and shoddily built, walls were loose, the entire back wall of stucco was cracking (builder took no responsibility when we asked), we had issues with HVAC and plumbing. All of this in a 3-ish year old home. And they are charging $700k+ for these things. Was incredibly happy when I sold this thing, as long term this house is going to fall apart.
