I came in as a walk-in and the staff was extremely polite. The service was fast, and the new owner himself worked on my car and was very helpful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off my car before Thanksgiving, expecting to get it back in time for winter. Instead, I didn’t see it again until MARCH—FOUR MONTHS LATER! I trusted this shop because of its high reviews, but I was completely let down. The lack of communication was terrible. Every time I called, I got excuses and delays. They claimed they sent updates, but it turned out they had the wrong number on file—and blamed it on not having a secretary! When I finally got my car back, it was still a mess.... read more
