Highly unprofessional. The company uses an AI scheduler that broke and spammed my phone for a week. Even after I reconfirmed the appointment time 6 times, the owner was 40 minutes late. He told me a quote would take 30 minutes, after 5 hours I followed up and he just texted me a round number. I asked to see a breakdown of the quote and he ghosted. It's been over 2 weeks and no reply. Highly suspicious, unprofessional, and shady business!
I bought a 2011ford edge with 108k miles on it, the the same day I got it the next day I had to tow to a shop where it cost me 175 to get the gears to work.i need to get it smogged, and my check engine light has been on for awhile now. This is the biggest piece of shit anybody can buy.
I came here on a whim because they had such great ratings on Google. I am so glad I did because this had been the best interaction with any auto body shop ever. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars and getting repairs, so it was a great experience because they explained to me in detail how they could assist. I also would call them often with questions and for updates and not once did they seem annoyed that I was bugging them. If you want to waste your time, come here. We agreed on a price for a set of tail lights but apparently there's a language barrier and they wouldn't honor the price agreed upon even after showing them the communication. Waste of time and gas. I don't recommend doing business with them.
