Let’s start with some facts: They went down a list of services and products (vaccines), that were to be performed and administered that day, which included the rabies vaccine and FVRCP. They sent me home believing my cat was vaccinated for RABIES & Panleuk (FVRCP). They invoiced me for those Vaccine products…without administering them. The vets are great. Like others have said the problem is not the vets it's there polices or enforcement. First time I stopped going was after going there ten years with several dogs. On my last visit when I was checking out and realized I left my wallet at home. They decide that I couldn't take the $4 medication with me. Went back after I couldn't find a better veterinarian who was close. This time I decide to get my vet meds on-line instead of paying them so much for them.
