아직 진료도 못가봤지만 어쩜 이렇게 전화연결이 안되는 병원이…… 아무도 안받아요 몇일을…
Nobody answers calls for long time.
Dr. Kim seems to be a good doctor however, his office staff is EXTREMELY inadequate and does not do their jobs. They fail to send the doctors orders to the proper places and don't follow through with the necessary paperwork. A doctor can only be as good as his staff allows, and they are absolutely hindering his practice.
선생님께선 차분하게 환자말에 경청해주세요 자세히 설명도 잘해주시고 친철하십니다 이근처 한인 비뇨기과가 적다보니 아무래도 예약환자들이 잘하는곳에 몰릴수있다고 생각합니다 처음에 전화로 예약상담했을때 안내데스크 직원분들 넘 친절하셨구요 병원방문했을땐 환자가 많아서 바빠보였지만 친철하게 안내해주셨고 ( 모든 안내데스크직원분들) 간호사분들도 친철하게 도와주고 설명해주고 그랬습니다 . 궁금한거 못참는 성격이라 질문도 마니 했는데 바쁘신 와중에도 환자들을 성의있게 봐주시고 한분한분 인사하는 모습에 신뢰가 더욱더 갔습니다 오렌지 카운티에서 양심적이고 신뢰가 가는 비뇨기과를 찾아서 넘 좋습니다 물론 환자 입장에선 자주 가면 안되겠지만 가야한다면 이 병원을 가시는걸 추천드립니다
