리퍼받아서 예약할려고 2주동안 하다가 안돼서 다른곳으로 리퍼받을려고 했는데 주치의 간호사가 내일 한번만 전화더해 보라고 해서 마지막으로 전화했는데 겨우 통화해서 어렵게 예약함. 한번은 외국인이 받아서 한국인 바꿔 달라고 했더니 감감무소식. 거의 전화를 퇴근후상태로 돌려놓고 전화를 받지않음. 전화응대외국인은 이병원에 절대 도움이 안됨.
The staff needs to be educated on how to talk to patients with respect. They chose to work in medical field and doesn't know how to offer empathy to patients. Dr. Kim may know what he's doing but his team is definitely letting him down. All the staff in buena park office, especially the surgery scheduler, should be reminded how much vulnerability each patient has when they're trying to communicate with them.
