Sun Title is a joke. I'm currently trying to recoup about $4500 they unnecessarily added to my closing fees. They work hand and hand with realtors to basically screw you out of money. Insisted that trust insurance is required and holding the next years taxes in escrow out of my sales profit. This place is very unprofessional and aloof with any info you want or need. Stay away from this place and make sure your realtor dosent use them.
