If I had -10 I would have given that score. I have been a broker for 20 years and have never experienced as bad an experience closing as with Alexis Haloppa!! I received FOUR phone calls form various individuals from the lender form the AE to three people in th closing department telling me how rude and unprofessional she was. I have never received a call from a lender about any title agent or attorney...ever! The last straw was I asked her last night an again today to please wire my broker check because of the mail service ... read more
