Here's the crux of my 2-star review: it totally depends on who's working when you get your service. Day 1: went in for one new tire and its TPMS replacement. The new tire and TPMS are fine. What's not fine - dishonesty and incompetence. $877 in attempted upcharges on 100% unnecessary work. The fake list: air filter, battery, sway bar end links, brake fluid, coolant, and another TPMS.
