Great prices always able to communicate different options with knowledge- when called the phone is answered quickly and efficiently - manager that i talk to yesterday put in enough info that Israel, the tech/manager on duty today was able to pick up where it was left off without having to start over… great
From the time I called to make the same day appointment, I was in and out in just under 2 hours!
I purchased 2 tires this year. Only bc of the greatest roads in Jacksonville. I ended up with another piece of Jacksonville in my tire 6 months later. The 9950 San Jose store took care of me right away. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the help Mavis!!
Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly. 2 hours for rear brakes to be out on is a bit long. Our mechanic was awesome though and very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Was just not happy with the wait time and the people on front desk...
They were super helpful and understanding I rolled in on a spare and explained my situation they empathized with my situation because I wasn’t expecting to have to pay for a tire today and they worked with me and gave me an AMAZING deal! There was barely any wait time and they were all extremely nice. Highly recommend this location. And as a frequent buyer of tires I have now found my new spot! That you guys so much! I’ll be back!
