Very fast install. Staff were professional and friendly! Very good customer service and product!
Very pleased with my experience with this company they showed up when they said they were going to, did a great job. Technicians that showed up were very polite made my family feel comfortable while they were in our home working.
I called and left my information, but no one called back to set up an appointment.
Set up initial appointment for a 1:45, they called the night before and asked if I could be there at 12:15 because they had a cancellation. While driving to the location which was a hour away they called and said they needed to reschedule for 2:15. I understand employee problems arise but do you only have one employee to do the work? After all the changes and texts confirming the times, I wasn’t comfortable letting them work on anything of mine.
