We had an amazing experience with the team at Sun Tile. The customer service was top notch and much appreciated .They were friendly, quick to respond, reasonably priced, and did an excellent job. They were on time and completed the work quickly and cleaned up after. Our floors are beautiful and we could not be happier with the experience.
This is a great company! Wood flooring in our new home was installed in an exceptional manner! After the installation we decided to replace a dark plank with a lighter colored one and we worked with Alex who went above and beyond to make sure it was done to our complete satosfaction. He sent out a team of experienced craftsmen who skillfully exchanged the plank. Would give this team 6 stars if I could!
My experience with Sun Tile has always been very positive. They installed all the tile in our newly constructed home 6 years ago and it has held up very well. The grout color initially didn’t take in the floor tile (too much mineralization in the water?) and they hand painted all the grout lines in all 3700sf of our home without any complaint or charge. We just recently had Sun Tile do all our floors and we were so impressed! The owner Tyler Shelton came out and took all the measurements and helped us pick the best wood flooring for our needs. Their installers were amazing. They were so professional and literally finished in one day. I recommend Sun Tile 100%. What a nice surprise it was to work with this great company. I feel like we have a new house now because these beautiful floors made such a big difference. They made the whole process so easy!
