They let their residents come to their appointments alone. Unsure what the protocol is for bringing residents to their appointments but a caregiver being present during appointment is overall safest and helpful for resident to receive that proper patient care. Not all residents can come alone and verify medications, verify their reason for appointments even by themselves. Pretty disappointing if I say so.

I have worked for Sunnyside Assisted Living for about a 1.5 years. I can honestly say there has been many changes but all have been positive changes! My co-workers are amazing people, whole hearted.
