Where do I even begin. They refuse to give you your title, only amenities are a laundromat thats 4 dollars a load and a low quality basketball court that was broken for 3 years. They raised the rent 3 times in a year and require you to do things in a low income trailer park that make no sense, with unrealistic expectations at that.
