The tech was awesome but office help snarky, possibly racist, unhelpful, and lying - and the manager/owner (?) doesn't care, and that's after hiking their yearly contract by $100! It's sad as I was told they were the best but deliberate obfuscation and lying in the office was my experience so they lost a good customer.
I want to give praise to our tech Malachi!!! He came a few weeks ago to do our maintenance check and found an issue with our condenser and replaced it very quickly and gave great info on how to clean and maintain our outside until. On the same check he discovered that our UV filter system, which was installed originally by Orange Air, was installed improperly, and hadn't been running for quite some time. Excellent experience from start to finish. Jim, my sales rep explained everything about the Kinetico system and answered every one of my many questions. He helped me with setting up our install and payment information as well. Our installer Tony was amazing. He went over options for how the install could go, explained everything thoroughly and was a professional that is uncommon in today's world.
