Had issue with Water Softener and in scheduling a service call there was unfortunately a few weeks delay which was conflicting with upcoming travel. Reached out to Josh and he was very, very responsive ... understanding ... and helpful in working to get the service scheduled a bit sooner. This is how you define outstanding customer service. Sun Tech Rocks!

Never ever use this company. They charge you and don’t tell what they charge they don’t listen and don’t care about customer service.
The tech was awesome but office help snarky, possibly racist, unhelpful, and lying - and the manager/owner (?) doesn't care, and that's after hiking their yearly contract by $100! It's sad as I was told they were the best but deliberate obfuscation and lying in the office was my experience so they lost a good customer.
