I have been tanning at Sun Tan City for over a month now. Everytime I go in the employees are nice and helpful. I didnt buy any lotions, even though they ask everytime I go in. I havent had any membership problems yet. I will probably have to go to a lesser per month plan next month, so we will see how that goes. I dont expect anything but good customer service, but they may surpise me. Their beds are clean and up to date as well.
be careful they will rip u off dont get a six month after the six month they will charge the card you have on the account. they have done it twice
First off, reading the other reviews, it seemed all they noted on was the price. Ive been tanning for rougly 13 years now off and on, in various cities, with various spas. I can honestly say that Suntan City is worth the money you pay for the cleanliness and the quality of the beds. There are plenty of other tanning spas around town that are cheap and ratty that would be alot less, but I honestly question the maintenance on the beds and the cleanliness of the staff. the 18 88 a month sounds like a good deal but that is only with some catch of an agreement of 6 payments just be careful with them it is way too expensive!
I am very disappointed with this place. I wanted to cancel my membership. When I went in to cancel, and have them to credit my account, they were not helpful! The assistant manager I talked with told me that she had been there 3 years and they had never refunded. They get you to spend your money on lotions and the tanning packages, but when you decide you dont what to use the services anymore they are not willing to help you!
This place has all the latest equipment but poor customer service. They rope you into setting up an account and take money out monthly, but when you want to cancel your membership its a hassle and they want to credit you tanning rather than the money owed you because their accountants dont know how to properly end the arrangement!
Way to pricey. I just wanted to tan for a week but I had to join the club befor I could tan. After joining and paying for the glasses, tanning cream, Coasted me \$78 to Tan! And I wasnt tanned. My lost!
