I honestly don’t know where to begin. We have been coming here for a very long time and have always enjoyed getting couples massages, but our experience this evening was extremely disappointing and, honestly, very uncomfortable. The young lady who performed my massage appeared to be very inexperienced. The massage itself was barely done in the areas that needed attention, and unfortunately, one of the hot stones fell off my back, hit me in the head, and then fell onto the floor. Was there this week, Alice was excellent. Previously, it was always with Alaina. Both of them are professional, courteous, and do a great job. Has been my go-to place after being introduced by a friend, whenever I need a massage. Been there a few times over the last couple of years They have now increased their pricing, which is a bummer.
Had an awesome massage by Alice. I went in with a bad tension headache and left super relaxed. She was great and very thorough. Highly recommend Alice and this spa. I’ve had not one bad massage!
I have been getting massages here for many years and highly recommend. The therapists have so much expertise and work out all my sore muscles and pain. The heated tables are wonderful, the music is peaceful, and the decor is very beautiful. Very clean and convenient. I love the online scheduler. I took my husband a few times for a couples massage and the couples massage room was very nicely decorated and the therapists were very professional.
Alice, Jane, Autumn and Rose have all given me wonderful massages! I like the simple, no fluff environment. Amazing prices and great services.
