Sometimes the service is good and sometime it is the worst, depending on who massages you. The last few of my experiences were very bad. Some of the old lady massagers are not good at their job. They don't massage, they just press on our body really hard. I kept telling the massager to put less pressure, but she just kept rubbing me really hard repeatedly. It was so painful. At the end they also demanded a $10 tip. I am never going again. I would give zero star. Awful!

Second Update: I decided to take another visit to this place recently and was pleasantly surprised. The price of $35 plus $10 mandatory tip, did mot increase as the male receptionist had told it was. So, that was good. The service area is about the same. It is a comfortable setting, even if it is not private. They do have two private areas, but that was not a big deal for me. I love this place! The massages are truly the best!! I always end up tipping $20 because of the quality of the massage. If you need a firm massage, this is the place for you.
