I wish I could give a 0 rating. I called yesterday to book a 1 hour deep tissue massage for today at 1pm. I’m a healthcare worker and have been experiencing some horrific back pain. I come in and they barely cracked the locked door open enough for me to see them. They said I didn’t book an appointment, and that they can only do 30 minutes - after arguing with me that I didn’t book an appointment.
