Just stop. Stop right now. Don't even consider going to this place, EVER. Customer service is non-existent. It takes 2-3 business days for them to get back to you. I have tanned here for about 3 years. I have used the Smithville, Barry Road, Platte City, and Excelsior Springs locations. Something always went wrong. Computers were down, spray tan was only spraying air, VersaSpa was dirty, no toilet paper, billing issues, inconsistencies with answers from employees...just a headeache. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$$!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS TANNING SALON OR ANY OF ITS OTHER LOCATIONS!!!!!!!!!! I was a client at this tanning salon, and unfortunetely had to deal with the owner on several occasions. She is hands-down the most rude and condescending individual I have ever met in my entire life. I witnessed firsthand her treating her employees no better than as if they were mud beneath her feet.
