We had all new impact windows and doors installed in our home. Sunsouth Windows did a very good, neat and clean job. The installer was very punctual and was very knowledgeable about his trade.
Nancy is a fair, balanced and sober person. I have a High Rise caulking/window washing company been in the Daytona Beach area for 15+ years. I've done projects for Nancy, and was paid tier 1 money. The other high rise company(consisting of felons) complaining about Nancy fell asleep on her ropes high on drugs. Had to be told by Nancy to get down, and not kill herself. People on drugs shouldn't be doing this trade, and definitely not speaking about other's professionalism.
Nancy's company was used as a sub contractor by our builder. We filed complained regarding slididng door not working well while we were under the warranty. First of all she didn't respond and after lot of back and forth she flatly refused to come and fix it. Never expected such service.
We replaced all of the windows and doors in our house. Sunsouth was on time and did an excellent job.
