The bicycle tech person was very helpful
The store is not the same since most if the good employee ms are no longer there. Luke E., and that group of employees are no longer there and the atmosphere is stale and boring.
Great customer service. I visited yesterday and even though I told them I wasn’t buying a bike yet, the guy in the bike shop happily answered all my questions. I’m new to the area so he even gave me route/park recommendations. Definitely coming back once I’m ready to purchase!
