RecommendedI bought my first official rode bike here from Bryan and return everytime I need maintenance or gear. I use to ride with their cycling group on Sunday's when I was just starting to pace line. I learned so much from Bryan like how important butt cream is 🤣 no but seriously I was so happy when he returned to the store! Loved it, the guy that helped me with my cycle shoes was so funny and was so helpful.
I did my first ride with them today and it was awesome! I was nervous with it being my first time to ride clipped in and they were very patient and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back and it was a great experience and a nice 25 mi ride. Really great for new riders like me. Thanks so much Tom Burns!!

Just upgrade from a hybrid to rode bike. Went with Cannondale Men's Synapse Al Disc Tiagra Performance Road Bike '19 and going clipped in for the first time. Everyone in the bike department did a great job getting the bike ready, working on the shoes, and fitting the bike to my height, leg length and everything in between. Thank you everyone for taking the time and hard work to get me out the door.

So..huge mom oops leads to needing to buy my 8 year old new swim trunks in January and having only one hour to do it. Mission accomplished thanks to the very helpful manager at the Webster Sun & Ski sports, who walked me back to the tiny storage area and found the right size immediately. To make it even better, they were on sale! Score!!! I recommend this store for their customer service and helpful employee! :)

Had to walk out. They had sale signs posted and a rep told us which items were on sale. Once we got to the register it didn’t ring up and the sign was “pulled” by the general manager. I asked them to honor their listed prices and they refused. False advertising. Won’t be back. Not to mention last time I was there, they tried to make me pay shipping to have something brought from another store after telling me the shipping was one price that we agreed on, it magically increased at the register also.
