Unreliable. False Advertisement. Definitely not a 24 hour service. After contacting them at 9PM when our back tire began showing exposed mesh on the highway, we called. No answer. They called back about 15 minutes later. Said they were about 45 minutes out and Told us they would meet us at the address listed. Once we arrived we tried contacting again. No one answered. I caught a flat tire on the interstate my spare tire was flat did not have a spare call Ultimate Tire Service they respond in a timely manner then brought me a new tire out and perform the service on site thank you ultimate I will refer you to all of my family and friends
