Ms. Nguyệt was extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me before I could finish talking, refused to take my case because she thought it would “waste her time,” and even told me to “go find someone else.” I strongly advise avoiding this agency—they are disrespectful, unfriendly, and completely unhelpful.
I've been going there for my taxes for the last 5 years. Hung is great and very helpful in maximizing my tax returns!
