I contacted Tim, he visited us and offered ideas and said he would get us a quote. After several more texts and promises I received nothing. He ghosted us. If the job was something he wasn’t interested in then he should have told us. A simple … not interested would have been professional and he would have avoided this review. We lost a lot of time.
