Solar system installed Nov 2021. Since Summer 2024, we have a panel or micro-inverter that is intermittently not producing. I have tried every means that I know of to contact Sun Services (calls, emails, message through their website) multiple times without any response. I have tried all of the phone numbers I have for them, including mobile phones to their electricians, sales, et al. No response or usually the phones are disconnected. Son lo peor del mundo, y para rematar su número de teléfono está desconectado, sin unos ladrones, mal servicio, malos paneles, conección todo, son una porquería y ladrones.

I used to think that this company was run by honorable men. Turns out I was wrong. The CEO, Doug Lecker, along with the owner, John Hamilton, took $8500 in commissions from me. I could go into all the details of the two scenarios but basically my sales manager, Shane Rynkowski, stole $6500 from one of my customers, because he told me to put something into the contract that was not really needed. Phone doesn’t work, address on website is to a McDonalds

None of their phone numbers work and when we email the staff who worked on our install, the emails bounce back. No response to our online request either.
