Great experience with the Sun Service Specialists team yesterday. ****** and Alastair explained how the SolarEdge app worked and how to interpret the information. They then agreed to keep an eye on my solar systems activity to look for any issues or warnings. Alastair also helped me reset the SolarEdge device to ensure it was functioning properly. Customer ********************** was outstanding!
The technicians that came out (******* and ********) were EXCELLENT! Explained everything and got my system working due to a problem from instillation (not by this company). Jenn was excellent as she called me 2 days before the scheduled visit asking if they could come out early. Very pleased with the service and I will continue with them. They are knowledgeable and professional.

They did a great job installing my Tesla wall connector! Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. Competitive pricing and an all around great experience.
An opening in the schedule occurred and I was contacted. The scheduler was friendly and helpful. The installer was friendly, knowledgeable and completed quality work quickly.

Six months after our solar panel installation, a pack of young squirrels decided to set up home under them. Quick response by Joel R******* (Service Manager) and Lauren P****** (Service Advisor) generated an on-site inspection and installation of "Solatrim" critter guards before any damage occurred. Great installation team, who showed up early and did a neat, clean and very effective job. No more potential squirrel problem - ever!

We've had our solar panels for about four years now and are very satisfied. There have been a few issues but Renu/Sun Service have always taken the time to get them corrected with no issue. No complaints from us and we'd definitely recommend them!
