They allowed us to schedule an appointment online for 7:30am. We showed up on time and it took an hour and a half for an oil change! Upon making mention to the manager that our appointment was for 7:30am, and that an oil change shouldn't take that long, he told my husband that the mechanics don't start working until 8am! Bottom line is that their website shouldn't even allow people to make early appointments if they have nobody there to work. I bought a van from there and at the time was told that I qualified for a 90 day no payments loan. This was a must since I was still going to be paying a lease besides until August. This van was going away to be handicapped remodified for 10 weeks and I could not make two payments at once. After signing about 10 forms we get to the bank contract where he said that payments would start 8/24/18 and i signed. Next thing I know I get a payment notice due 5/24/18. Every time I need something done with my hhr, this is where I take it. Prices are average compared to other shops, but unlike places like Pep Boys, parts put on the vehicle stay on the vehicle. Their customer service is better then most. Theres always at least 2 people at the front desk and their always friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.
Service is good. Reason for low stars is....there needs to be a wall between the customers and the service advisors! So that you can't he them talking about you number one. Number two when there's a complaint about one of them all the customers 5 at the time don't need to hear..... we're very familiar with this customer he's a pain! That's very unprofessional but when they have no privacy it's not all there fault but it makes me not want to return for business. Who knows what your other customers thought about it!
