I had solar installed by this company, and unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. After the installation, their aftercare service has been very poor. The installation caused a roof leakage, but instead of taking responsibility, they asked me to pay a large lump sum to fix the issue—even though it was not my fault. I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this company.
Stay away from this company, installed a 10kw Growatt system which has never worked properly from day one, hard to obtain an answer from Sunselect operators, particularly Charlie, several phone calls and for over one month tried to get the issue fixed unsuccessfully, often say “I’ll check and I’ll call you back” but he doesn’t. The system does not talk to my EV charger and I’m unable to charge my car. SunSelect has proven itself outstanding again. Customer service was amazing again - thanks to Jack! He was patient and answered my questions and advised me as well, regarding the federal and state rebates, how the solar energy was processed in regards with the battery system, etc and gave me a good deal too. Avoid these people under any expense, after sale service is horrible, it is worse than you can imagine, unbelievable, you will feel the pain if your system has an issue and you try calling them to fix the problem, no response avoidance, not even admitting there is a problem, I would never do work with them even for FREE
Do not use these guys I did a few installs for them and they held back money from me, 200 + installers on fb have banded together and refuse to do work for them No wonder people have negative things to say because they treat there electricians like scum Thanks
