Avoid these people under any expense, after sale service is horrible, it is worse than you can imagine, unbelievable, you will feel the pain if your system has an issue and you try calling them to fix the problem, no response avoidance, not even admitting there is a problem, I would never do work with them even for FREE
Do not use these guys I did a few installs for them and they held back money from me, 200 + installers on fb have banded together and refuse to do work for them No wonder people have negative things to say because they treat there electricians like scum Thanks
Before installation, you need to decide the size and number of panels, but you decide while installing them, so you can't install one because there's not enough space. A place where installation technology is still lacking. txxxxx st, southlake
They are very pushy and very poor in communication. They would ring you every day to get the installation going but and add additional charges like Earth Rod, Terracotta tiles and Circuit Breaker. When I disputed Earth Rod not installed, they said they will refund in 5 days. They did not. Its been 3 weeks now.
DON’T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. Our system was working fine for 18 months and then it stopped. 6 months later we are still waiting for them to resolve this. We are appalled, frustrated and in disbelief about how bad this company is.
