This clinic is very nice. There's hardly any wait time. The staff are very nice, polite and attentive. The staff speak both English and Spanish and I'm sure they will accommodate any other person who has language barriers. The doctor is amazing. The appointments are made around the persons schedule. The doctor also does Telehealth appointments and they happen quickly. In addition, there is a dentist on site.
Staff was rude..disrespectful … they yelled personal infor acrosssed the room…force u to wear a mask when ur not sick nd not coughing…
I called for an emergency appointment last week. got an appointment today (10/15 at 11) I had problems getting there due to traffic and was rescheduled for may. The lady at the front desk was very passive aggressive and told me she said to come at 10:45 (she didn’t) and a person who got there before me had an appointment with the same dentist which would have been during my appointment. an EMERGENCY appointment rescheduled for MAY.
This office needs to be shut down. We called to make a appointment for a physical in JULY. We get a appointment for October 2, 2024 @10:15. They call this morning, 10/2 @ 9:15 to reschedule for 11/20/24 @ 10:15. They claim they've been calling since September 5th but I checked ALL call history and they've never called. This office is a joke. I will be filing a complaint with the board of health.
