1st time going in, very nice facility and they offer car service for the appointment. I ended up taking my own uber. My 1st impression of service, It was ok. I understand the facility having a graced period and keeping things on schedule seamlessly but 5 minutes (yes I was 5 minutes late) felt absurd to me, specially after being on a waitlist for what like it felt forever (3-4 months) being that I’m going for a psychiatric evaluation.
