This office and their online portal are completely unorganized and lacking communication across the board. My appointments are consistently late up to one hour, during the work day this is unacceptable especially the stress of not knowing if I will be able to get my prescription that day. I have been a patient at this practice for 3 years now and I am almost ready to look elsewhere. The telehealth visits should be convenient but this is becoming too much for me to manage with the lack of communication and lateness.

FIRST OFF I WENT ALL THE WAY HERE BECAUSE ME AND DOCTOR NANCY HAD WORDS AT THE BRONX LOCATION. SO I REFUSE TO GO BACK THERE EVEN THO THEY WAS BEGGING ME TO STAY, SAYING I CAN COME IN ON MONDAYS BECAUSE THATS HER DAY OFF..... SO I GO TO THIS LOCATION AND ALREADY THEY HAND ME A PAPER TO SIGN ABOUT THE RULES' OKAY KOOL. IF I SIGN IT AND UNDERSTOOD IT WHYYYY DO I HAVE TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE..
