Went for a support group and it was very informative. Liked it.
The individual scheduling me for an appointment lied and stated I could also be scheduled for a cleaning if I was seen under the pretense of an emergency. Complete waste of my time.

Your organization should look into how you book appointments. I just left your facility after booking a cleaning 6 months ago and no one actually cleaned my sons teeth, just looked at them. At no point when I made this appointment, did anyone say that you make an appointment for someone to look at your teeth and then 6 months later, we can fit you in for a cleaning.
