It seems their only goal is to keep you there just to meet the patient quota. They never know how long you’re going to be there—no one ever knows anything. You’re expected to fill out thousands of pages of repetitive, useless information as if that’s going to fix anything. You go there however many days they decide to have you come. I most say this place treat people so horrible we are human beings from the front desk to the nurse and Dr are horrible . I had a surgery coming up I couldn't get a appt to get a medical clearance and when I did it was a disaster they are so rude and talk to people with no class the medical board really need to look into this place and how they treat there patients cause not every patient is the same with that being say I wouldn't recommend this place to get care .
The front desk gave me such a hard time when I asked for some of my medical records. Save yourself the trouble because the ladies have such a bad attitude here.
yo me atiendo en esta clinica hace varios años pero desde que empezo a mediar "Sun River Health" en la llamadas telefonicas no puedo resolver emergencias que se presentan con mis citas programadas porque no me puedo comunicar con la clinica directamente para saber si pueden atenderme mas temprano o mas tarde de mi cita programada y por esta razon mas de una vez el Dr me revisa cuando ya pasaron los males que me obligaban ver al Dr. por favor resuelvan este inconveniente.
Bueno yo me atiendo mi salud ahí y siempre estado conforme, lo recomiendo
