I visited Sun River, Yonkers Park location, and met with Dr. Morgan. Dr. Morgan is knowledgeable, a good listener and made sound recommendations. Patient parking is off-street with meters, so allow time for that.
After Sun River took over 102 Park Ave healthcare, things became terrible. If I called and left a message for a doctor no one responded. I haven't been a patient at that address after I had two horrific experiences with 2 doctors who believe those over 75 years of age should not do preventive since "you're going to die of something"! You can't make that up. Sun River's computer sent me a message of "support" for some unknown reason??Both doctors are no longer at that address but I never forget harmful experiences.
It seems their only goal is to keep you there just to meet the patient quota. They never know how long you’re going to be there—no one ever knows anything. You’re expected to fill out thousands of pages of repetitive, useless information as if that’s going to fix anything. You go there however many days they decide to have you come. I most say this place treat people so horrible we are human beings from the front desk to the nurse and Dr are horrible . I had a surgery coming up I couldn't get a appt to get a medical clearance and when I did it was a disaster they are so rude and talk to people with no class the medical board really need to look into this place and how they treat there patients cause not every patient is the same with that being say I wouldn't recommend this place to get care .
