Every time they make appointments, Sun River cancels. Months wasted. Don't trust these liars. Don't waste your time. Go with another provider that can actually keep their promises. I look forward to the time when this office drops Sun River Health and incorporates under a different name. To be clear: It's Sun River that's the problem, not any individual at the New Paltz office.
Two dentists: one only services "agricultural workers," and the other has a seven-month waiting period for appointments. Doesn't serve this community.
After four canceled dentist appointments I feel the frustrating need to leave a review. I’ve been trying to have an appointment since last JULY, and each time it’s been canceled weeks to months before the appointment. They then have the audacity to send me a message saying I haven’t been in the office in a while. I’m one more canceled appointment from formally complaining to NYSDA.
