I recommend that HRHcare invest in a friendly user telephone system to better help the patients that are in need. It took me almost 3 weeks to get the prescription that I needed. That is not acceptable and should be addressed by management.
Left on a business trip only to realize I forgot my thyroid medicine. Called HRHC & woman I spoke to said she would send a message to the doctor to have a prescription called into the nearest CVS. 5 hours later, no phone call so I call them back only to receive the msg about high call volume & leave a # which I did. No call back. I call them again where I’m put on hold 5 times & 5 times, my call was disconnected. Not saying they hung up on me intentionally but I can’t think of another plausible excuse. This new phone system that they have is horrible. You call and are on hold over 40 minutes and that’s if they ever answer. If you leave your number for them to call back you WILL NEVER get a call. If i need to make an appt or cancel one tour better off just going in person.
