I am a new patient. My files were transfered over. Arrived earlier than early for an appointment and waited 10 minuteson a line. Then 5 minutes with the receptionist, who was very sweet. Then another 10 minutes in the waiting room to be told that I could not be helped, due to a technical malfunction. It is unprofessional not to back up files on either paper or a separate storage drive. I was not even given an exact date to reschedule. Terrible establishment. They misdiagnosed me and gave me the wrong treatment when is was something way more severe. Do NOT come here!
