These people are so unprofessional and rude. I was on time for my appointment not even late they still took me but the dentist said she couldn’t do the cleaning because I didn’t arrive 30 minutes prior for paperwork (that took 2 minutes) and that the next patient was already waiting. So I drove an hour for nothing and they had no real reason as to why I couldn’t get the cleaning. And then the front desk lied and said I was the last patient. Weird! Don’t waste your time going here.

I love Dr.banker he was also my doc as a kid , but I have to say once this Sun River company came into play it’s been a nightmare , I called in for an emergency appointment cus my daughter had a bad cold I didn’t want to go to urgent care cus all the flu and stuff going around , I asked for the same resources that been extended to me before which was a televisit … i was told the supervisor was going to call me back on Friday at 3 pm I never heard back from them , I had to call back on Saturday morning to ask for an update , ... read more

Sunriver Health Haverstraw My experience at Sunriver Health was very disappointing. The patient care was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. The staff showed little empathy, responded in a rude manner, and did not provide any clear solutions. Communication was poor, and I had to repeat my information multiple times because they were not paying attention. Overall, the service was frustrating and does not reflect the level of care a health center should provide.
