I called to make an emergency appointment stating I have an infection and in pain. I was told I would receive a call back within 24-48 hrs to schedule and a note was put in for an emergency appointment. I received a call 3 weeks later to schedule and when I questioned them why it took so long, they stated they are overbooked. If you’re not accepting patients or overbooked, maybe let the patient know so they can look elsewhere and not suffer???

I go to Sun River’s 2351 Bedford Avenue location now and it is the same front office staffers that were previously at the other location across the street from the college. I find the front office staff to be unprofessional, rowdy and generally disrespectful. As I sat in the waiting area an hour past my scheduled appointment time, I had no choice but to have to hear the reception staff members yelling, laughing, cursing at times and basically behaving like rowdy teenagers.
