I find this practice to be very disorganized. Often I’ll come here and I’ll be told the doctor I’m seeing isn’t even in that day. Or my doctor will tell me I need lab work, I’ll make an appointment to have it done, then I’ll show up and the folx working behind the desk have no idea what I’m talking about. I’ll also be seeing certain practitioners, develop a nice relationship with them, and then find out the next appointment that they’re no longer with the practice. I called to make an emergency appointment stating I have an infection and in pain. I was told I would receive a call back within 24-48 hrs to schedule and a note was put in for an emergency appointment. I received a call 3 weeks later to schedule and when I questioned them why it took so long, they stated they are overbooked. If you’re not accepting patients or overbooked, maybe let the patient know so they can look elsewhere and not suffer???

This place is beautiful and I am very happy to be able to share and recommend it for people who want to have a good visit because it is a clean and pleasant place.
