July 13, 2024 just before midnight we lost power. We originally thought it was just us, but upon checking the neighbors, it seemed like 2 others. I called the local number and much to my surprise a gal answered. She trouble shot our outage, but still no power. She dispatched a team and they were out by us at about 12:30 am. By 1:30 we had power. They called us back at 1:34 to double check we infact had power. What great, quick and polite customer service.
