🥰 I have lived at sunriver apartments for just about 12 years. The staff we have now is incredible. We've had some rough ones. But the manager & maintenance we have now are the most attentive and rule following staff that we've ever had. I think anybody who leaves a bad review is only the ones who can't follow the rules. We try to keep a clean property with no smoking and no-nonsense. But some people can't abide by these rules and want to make it seem like they're the victim when they mess up. The place is a joke, Maintenance is slow and lazy never does their job never shows up on time. The trash bins are constantly full. People are always parking in your spot management lies.
Dirty and unclean. Unfriendly staff and small rooms. Regret signing a lease here :(
