I was recently at the 2140 Clearwater apartments with my fiance . Her uncle lived in Apt # 34 .we got informed that her uncle was in a coma . Apt complex Marla did not call us . We went to las Vegas to visit him . Tragicly he passed away soon after . Marlo did not secure his apartment and it was open house to those she gave keys . His vehicle was taken , all his money he kept in jars . Furniture was taken . And his eggs that were handed down from his mother's mother . Ive lived here since i was 4 years old (turning 18 in may) and this management team by far has been the best, they’ve completely gentrified the environment, they’re very sweet, and positive. Marlo and John are great leaders and keep the place in check!

I have been at Sun River for 15 months without complaints.Great Property Manager Marlo that is extremely efficient and a very competent Maintenance man. I had to put in 3 separate work orders (my errors) and Maintenance man John completed the jobs within a 24 hour time span each time. It was so nice to see a current pest control service. Also every Friday Landscapers keep up the property grounds. Trash is picked up every week. We have assigned parking spaces which I love.
