Maintenance is quick always come in next day after request! Phillip does a good job and is quick.
This apt complex is clean and tends to issues very quickly. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly. Maintenance is efficient. Mando in particular is a key asset to this place as he is friendly, kind, and a great worker. He has made my experience here nothing short of amazing. I honestly consider him family. He’s a keeper!!

Phillip assisted me on my service request. He was real quick, about 5 minutes and he was here to help! I saw him in the community and explained what I needed and he was immediately ready to assist me. Phillip is proactive and is thorough in his work. Very personable, I like him a lot! Always great to have him around!
