Another successful rental with Sun Rental thanks to Jamie the branch manager and crew! Love the customer service! Just returned their 25hp stump grinder and it’s totally did the job!
My wife called and scheduled to pick up a trailer before the 4th of July. Website stated they’d be closed Friday through Sunday. She asked to pickup on Thursday and since they were closed Friday if we’d only be charged 1 day if we returned upon opening on Monday. Mitch confirmed that would be the case. When returning we were charged 2 days and he wouldn’t budge. We wouldn’t have rented it otherwise. We won’t next time and will go elsewhere and recommend you do too! Poor customer service and integrity!
