I had seen it once before, but it never happened to me. The contract was miss written for more days than I wanted. I picked it up on Sunday because they close early at 2 PM brought it back Monday before end of business and they charged me for a day and a half. I had rented from them before and they had worked with me this time they did not. Won’t be renting from them again.
I've been renting from here for 8+years. The guys have always been courteous and helpful.
DO NOT RENT HARDWOOD FLOOR EQUIPMENT FROM HERE! EQUIPMENT IS NOT MAINTAINED AND WILL RUIN YOUR HARDWOOD!
I am a general contractor Who has rented from numerous rental agencies and this is the first time using Sun Rental’s equipment. It wouldn’t work right but they still charge you full charge just for you taking their equipment for a full day or two. Try to get them to fix their mistake and comp us for the loss of the ability to use the machine and all they care about is making money. I will never rent from them again.
